Terms of use
The plain-language version. Buying a key means you agree to the points below.
- License
- Each key lets you use the software on as many devices as your plan allows, for your own work or your company’s. It ships as a ready-to-run build, without source code.
- Duration
- A purchased key works forever and includes 12 months of updates; after that your version keeps running. Another 12 months costs 40% of the plan price. More devices: upgrade and pay the difference.
- Free trial
- 30 days, 1 device, every feature. One trial per email and per device. When it ends the software stops until you enter a purchased key.
- Not allowed
- Sharing your key, reselling it, posting the software or key publicly, or trying to bypass the key check. Keys that break these rules can be locked.
- Data
- The software runs on your machine. It always sends what the key check needs; usage stats and error reports only if you allow them. Never your Figma files. Details: Privacy.
- Payment
- Vietnamese bank transfer (VND + 10% VAT, with a VAT invoice for companies on request). Your key is sent automatically after payment.
- Refunds
- Full refund (tax included) within 14 days of payment, no questions asked — request it from your account page. Refunding a purchase locks the key; a renewal removes the 12 months; an upgrade returns to the old device count. A card chargeback locks the key until it is resolved.
- Warranty
- The software is provided as is. Our liability never exceeds what you paid for the key.
